Dubie has over twenty years of experience in financial services and technology. In her most recent role as Vice President of Innovation at Scotiabank, Dubie held an enterprise-wide mandate to accelerate the bank’s digital transformation, which included investing and managing $100 MM of global fund investments including strategic partnerships with QED Investors in LATAM, Georgian Partners and Israel based Viola Fintech. In addition, she established over forty Fintech partnerships and led Scotiabank’s blockchain and artificial intelligence labs.
Since joining Scotiabank in 2011, Dubie held progressively senior roles in Capital Markets, Technology and Digital Banking. She managed the Bank’s $2BB+ portfolio of strategic technology partnerships and founded the innovation lab for Scotia Capital Markets.

Dubie’s previous roles included leading the development of e-commerce platforms and financial services products at AT&T, corporate development at Symcor, managing HP’s most strategic partnerships and leading core banking and lending transformations.
As a member of the investment team Dubie will be leading new investments out of Fund I with a focus on enterprise solutions with an emphasis on Fintech infrastructure & AI.

Dubie is a graduate of the University of Toronto Schools and holds an MBA in Strategic Information Systems and Negotiation from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. She lives in Toronto with her four wonderful children where she is active in the community including serving as board member and president of the Whitney Child Care Centre.
